Vision & Innovation

Hands-On R&D Architecture

From initial circuit layouts to custom 3D-printed hardware enclosures, Grant Hoyer approaches video and audio signal design with direct, hands-on experimentation.

By controlling every stage of prototype development, Grant ensures that HoyerVision's agentic control loops and real-time temporal manipulation systems perform flawlessly before moving to full-scale production.

Biography & Interests

Pioneering Real-Time Hoyeristics

Grant Hoyer founded HoyerVision with a mission to transform live broadcast architectures and high-density signal chains. Under his guidance, HoyerVision transitioned the industry away from traditional box-based studio designs into converged, high-performance processing domains.

Whether running stress tests in controlled laboratory environments or conducting field experiments outdoors in public parks, Grant's commitment to rigorous testing drives HoyerVision’s product line forward.

Outside of hardware architecture, Grant is an avid dune buggy enthusiast, finding mechanical inspiration while tearing across off-road terrain. A dedicated fan of rhythm games, he brings that same obsession with precision timing and frame-perfect sync back into HoyerVision's low-latency signal protocols. Grant is also a passionate collector and historian of vintage gas stoves, maintaining an extensive archive of early 20th-century burner mechanics and industrial thermal designs.
